I was born in Georgetown, Guyana (1972) and grew up in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. I enjoyed drawing like most kids do and never stopped.

I received and excellent education in design, architecture and cultural history at the University of Waterloo. Afterwards I dived into the DIY world of indy comics and have been making zines and comics since 1989.

I share a contemporary art practice with my life partner, Magda Wojtyra. Our project is called Happy Sleepy.

These days I am working on a serial drawing project which interprets A Thousand Plateaus by Gilles Deleuze and Felix Guattari into diagrams.
