I can see a lot of potential in that. Assuming one could get reliably structurally stable cavities to build/work in, however, the problem would remain that flooding would be rather difficult/expensive to control.

Bob, you hit the nail on the head, for one, with technology news being all about gadgets and how the big tech company’s stock is faring this quarter; That in itself is depressing, but utterly unsurprising.
