Just joined in here since this seems like a really awesome initiative!
However, I noticed that the site/forum still have some stuff going on that makes it difficult to use and doesn’t really encourage people to join in. I know this is like my second post here, so I apologize if I’m overstepping my boundaries or anything.
One of the things was that it does take some searching to find our how to join this community, a solution could be add a button which says “join in” or something along those lines, which would then take you to the registration page.
Another thing would be to include some sort of introduction section in the forum, to sort of show people how to get started. Now I’m just randomly posting, maybe this is the totally wrong place.
Oh, and I’m having troubles uploading my avatar, what are the criteria for those things?
